About this opportunity
The General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space in West Covina, California, with expressions of interest due June 21, 2026. No set-aside applies. The space requirement totals 19,225 assignable square feet (ABOA) with 60 parking spaces, on a 15-year full term comprising a 10-year firm term and a 2-year option. The lease must be fully serviced. Offered space must meet Government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic resilience, and sustainability, and must not be located within the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. Offerors must comply with section 889 of the FY19 NDAA as implemented in the FAR, which prohibits certain telecommunications equipment and services. The Government's current West Covina lease is expiring, and GSA will evaluate whether to renew in existing space or relocate based on economic advantage, including relocation costs (physical moves, tenant improvement and telecommunications infrastructure replication, and agency downtime) and the availability of alternative space. Stephen Janssen, Contracting Officer at GSA's Office of Leasing, is the point of contact for expressions of interest submitted to Stephen.Janssen@gsa.gov.
