About this opportunity
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 8,852 square feet of office and related space in Lancaster, CA. The delineated area for the space is bounded by W Avenue H, W Avenue M, Sierra Hwy, and 30th St W. The lease would be for a full term of 15 years with a firm term of 10 years, and an option term of 2 years. The offered space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Expressions of Interest from interested entities are due by July 26, 2024 and should be sent to Leasing Specialist Alistair Whatley.
This is not a set-aside procurement. The current lease is expiring, and the government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The government will consider factors such as the availability of alternative space and the costs of relocating, including physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
