About this opportunity

The Air Force Sustainment Center's Maintenance Contracting Branch at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, issued five blanket purchase agreements to small business vendors for stripping chemicals, effective November 1, 2026, under a total small business set-aside. The five vendors—Aero Clean Technologies LLC (Lynchburg, Virginia); Aero Solutions Inc (Selma, Texas); Hybrid Aero LLC (Inman, South Carolina); McGean-Rohco Inc (Cleveland, Ohio); and Vantage Specialties Inc (Gurnee, Illinois)—were selected without competition, as permitted under the GAO controlling decision Envirosolve LLC (B-294974.4). Subsequent calls against these BPAs will be competed among all five holders to satisfy FAR 12.102 and 12.103 requirements. Individual calls may reach up to the simplified acquisition threshold and, where justified, the increased threshold under FAR 12.001(c). Total estimated value across all BPA calls through October 31, 2031, is up to $22 million. No additional solicitation documentation will be posted; this announcement serves as notice of BPA issuance.
