About this opportunity

The Naval Air Systems Command (PMA-265), under the Department of the Navy, is seeking supplies and services for the Stores Management Processor (SMP) Obsolescence Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) mitigation program. The procurement focuses on designing and qualifying alternate parts to replace obsolete components of the AYK-22 Stores Management Processor, which serves as a critical interface between the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft mission computers and their weapons and external stores systems. Interested parties may demonstrate their capability by submitting a capability statement not to exceed 10 pages in length, along with company information and any relevant questions or comments. Responses must be submitted in writing via email to Hannah Puchkoris by April 9, 2026, with no phone inquiries accepted.

No set-aside designations apply to this opportunity. While specific award values or budget ranges are not disclosed in this pre-solicitation notice, the work will be executed as an order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
