The total quantity requested is 21 units, with delivery to be made FOB origin. While the pre-solicitation notice indicates a sole source intent with AMETEK INC, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration. The government has determined that no other supplies or services will satisfy their requirements, making this a highly specific procurement focused on obtaining precise electrical engine starter components for naval systems.
