About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking to procure a 1GB commercial telecommunications circuit for Intra-Europe connectivity through solicitation HC102125QA107, which has been amended twice (Amendment 0002). This is a restricted access requirement available only to telecommunications providers registered under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers), with access requests requiring a UEI or CAGE code for verification. The procurement is structured as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under FAR Subpart 12.6, issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with no separate written solicitation to follow. Quotations must include detailed pricing breakdown with monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and tier pricing for additional service months as applicable. The response deadline is September 10, 2025, and providers must comply with standard commercial item terms and conditions including various FAR clauses 52.212-1 through 52.212-5.
This solicitation does not utilize any small business set-aside designations and is open to all qualified telecommunications carriers meeting the NAICS requirements. No incumbent contractors or potential award values are specified in the available documentation, though the specific service requirements and acceptance criteria are detailed in the attached RFQ documents. The procurement focuses on establishing a 1GB bandwidth commercial circuit specifically for Intra-Europe operations, indicating the service will support Defense Information Systems Agency communications requirements within the European theater. The requested service date and performance timeline details are contained within the restricted access attachments that are only available to registered entities with appropriate NAICS classification.
