About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking to procure a 1GB commercial circuit for intra-Europe telecommunications services through solicitation HC102125QA106, which has been amended twice (Amendment 0002). This is a restricted access requirement issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for commercial items under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers), with access to attachments limited to entities registered under the appropriate NAICS code who provide their UEI or CAGE code for verification. Telecommunication providers must comply with standard FAR commercial item terms and conditions, including FAR 52.212-1 through 52.212-5, and provisions outlined in DITCO Basic Agreements. Quotes must specify monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any tier pricing for additional service months, with requested service dates and acceptance criteria detailed in the attached RFQ. The solicitation was posted on July 30, 2025, with a response deadline of September 10, 2025.
This procurement does not utilize any small business set-aside designations, making it a full and open competition among qualified telecommunications providers. No information regarding potential incumbents, current contractors, or specific award values is provided in the solicitation notice. The requirement focuses on establishing a 1GB commercial circuit specifically for intra-Europe connectivity, though the exact duration of services or specific performance locations within Europe are not detailed in the available information. The procurement follows standard commercial acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 12.6, indicating the government is seeking established commercial telecommunications services rather than custom solutions.
