About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency is procuring a 1GB commercial telecommunications circuit for intra-Europe connectivity through Amendment 0001 of solicitation HC102125QA103. This requirement falls under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers) and is structured as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items pursuant to FAR Subpart 12.6. Access to solicitation documents is restricted to entities registered under the appropriate NAICS code and requires submission of UEI or CAGE codes for verification. Telecommunications providers must submit quotations with pricing structured as monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any applicable tier pricing for additional service months. The solicitation incorporates standard commercial item terms and conditions including FAR 52.212 series clauses and DITCO Basic Agreements provisions. Quotations are due by September 10, 2025, with the requested service date and acceptance criteria detailed in the attached RFQ documents.

This procurement does not utilize any small business set-aside provisions and is available for full and open competition among qualified telecommunications carriers. The solicitation notice does not specify any incumbent contractors, award values, or budget ranges for the telecommunications service requirement. No specific quantities are mentioned beyond the 1GB circuit capacity, and the performance location is indicated as intra-Europe connectivity, though detailed geographic requirements would be contained in the restricted access attachments. The timeline for service commencement and contract duration would be specified in the complete RFQ documentation available to qualified offerors. Interested parties must be properly registered and provide appropriate identification codes to access the full solicitation materials and technical requirements.
