About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has issued a request for quote (RFQ) to procure a 1GB commercial telecommunications circuit for intra-Europe connectivity. This solicitation seeks telecommunications providers capable of delivering commercial circuit services under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers). The procurement is structured as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, with no separate written solicitation to be issued. Offerors must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code and provide their UEI or CAGE code for verification to access restricted requirement attachments. The solicitation was posted on August 6, 2025, with quotes due by September 5, 2025. Pricing must be clearly structured with monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any applicable tier pricing for additional service months.

This procurement does not utilize any small business set-aside designations and is open to all qualified telecommunications providers. The solicitation incorporates standard FAR commercial item provisions and clauses, including FAR 52.212-1 through FAR 52.212-5, along with terms from existing DITCO Basic Agreements. While the specific award value is not disclosed in the notice, the requirement focuses on establishing a single 1GB circuit connection within the European region. The requested service date and acceptance criteria are detailed in the attached RFQ document, though these specifics are not provided in the public synopsis. Performance will occur intra-Europe, indicating the circuit will connect locations within European territories to support DISA's telecommunications infrastructure requirements.
