About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking quotes for a 1GB commercial circuit Intra-Europe telecommunications service under this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This procurement is restricted access, requiring entities to be registered under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers) and to provide their UEI or CAGE code for verification to access attachments. The solicitation is structured as a request for quote (RFQ) with all quoted prices to be identified by monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any tier pricing for additional service months. The evaluation will use the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, with specific evaluation criteria detailed in the attached RFQ. The due date for quote submissions is July 25, 2025, with the original posting date of June 11, 2025.

This procurement does not utilize any small business set-aside designations, as explicitly stated that small business set-aside is not applicable for this solicitation. The solicitation falls under the IT and Telecom Network category for satellite communications and telecom access services, specifically targeting telecommunications providers who must comply with standard FAR commercial item terms and conditions. While the solicitation mentions requested service dates and acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached RFQ, specific award values, contract duration, or detailed performance timelines are not disclosed in the public notice. No incumbent contractors are identified in the available information, and the place of performance is indicated as Intra-Europe based on the circuit requirement. Access to detailed specifications and requirements is restricted to qualified telecommunications carriers who meet the registration and verification requirements.
