About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency is soliciting quotes for a 10GB commercial circuit intra-Southwest Asia telecommunications service through this Request for Quote (RFQ), which is an amendment to a previous solicitation. This procurement is designated for wired telecommunications carriers operating under NAICS code 517111, and only entities registered under this classification with a valid UEI or CAGE code may access the detailed solicitation documents. Providers must submit pricing structured as monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and applicable tier pricing for additional service months. The solicitation incorporates standard commercial items terms and conditions outlined in FAR provisions 52.212-1 through 52.212-5 and references existing DITCO Basic Agreements for compliance requirements. The deadline for submission of quotes was January 29, 2026, making this a closed opportunity as of the current date.

This solicitation involves no small business set-aside, and the specific incumbent contractor, award value, and detailed service timeline information are not disclosed in the posted notice. The request for quote represents the sole solicitation document for this procurement, with no written solicitation to follow. The service location is specified as Southwest Asia, with detailed acceptance criteria and requested service dates contained within the attached RFQ documentation. While the specific contract value and performance timeline details are restricted to registered telecommunications providers, the solicitation structure indicates this is a commercial services acquisition following simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items under FAR Part 12.6.
