About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking to procure a 10GB commercial circuit for intra-Europe telecommunications services through this restricted access solicitation. Only entities registered under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers) may access the full solicitation documents, and access requests must include the requestor's UEI or CAGE code for verification. This combined synopsis/solicitation follows FAR Subpart 12.6 commercial item procedures and operates as a request for quote (RFQ) without a separate written solicitation to follow. Quotes must specify monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any tier pricing for additional service months. The evaluation will use a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, with detailed evaluation criteria provided in the attached RFQ documents, and quotes are due by August 13, 2025.

This procurement does not utilize any small business set-aside designations, making it open to businesses of all sizes within the telecommunications sector. The solicitation does not identify any incumbent contractors or provide specific award values or budget ranges for the telecommunications circuit services. While the specific service timeline is referenced in the attached RFQ documents, the requested service date and acceptance criteria are not detailed in this public notice. The circuit will provide connectivity within Europe, though specific performance locations or connection points are not specified in the available solicitation summary. Telecommunications providers must comply with standard FAR commercial item provisions and any additional terms outlined in existing DITCO Basic Agreements referenced in the full solicitation package.
