About this opportunity

This solicitation has been cancelled. Amendment 0001 to Request for Quotation HC102126QA064, issued by the Defense Information Systems Agency, cancels the entire requirement for a 100 MB commercial circuit in Southwest Asia that was originally due May 1, 2026.

The procurement was structured as a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR Part 12 for commercial products or services. It incorporated provisions and clauses by reference under the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO). Telecommunications Providers were required to hold a current DITCO Basic Agreement signed by both government and contractor prior to quote submission. The solicitation used restricted access; attachments were available only to entities registered under the appropriate NAICS codes (517111, Wired Telecommunications Carriers), and access requests required the requestor's UEI or CAGE code for verification.

Pricing was to be quoted by Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC), Non-Recurring Charge (NRC), and tiered pricing for additional service months where applicable. Evaluation used Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection, with instructions and criteria in the corresponding DITCO Additional Telecommunications Text (DATT) of the attached solicitation. The acquisition was not set-aside for small business. PSC code is DG11, IT and Telecom—Network: Satellite Communications and Telecom Access Services.
