About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is soliciting quotations for a 100MB ethernet commercial lease for intra-Europe connectivity through this Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a restricted access procurement limited to entities registered under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers), and interested parties must provide their UEI or CAGE code to gain access to solicitation attachments. The requirement is for commercial telecommunications services governed by FAR Subpart 12.6 and DITCO Basic Agreements, with all pricing to be submitted as monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and applicable tier pricing for extended service months. While specific evaluation criteria are referenced in the attached RFQ document, the notice does not detail the particular technical or performance standards that will be applied. The solicitation deadline is March 4, 2026, with the opportunity having been posted on February 2, 2026.

This solicitation carries no small business set-aside designation and is open to all qualified commercial telecommunications providers meeting the stated NAICS requirements. The notice does not identify any incumbent contractors or provide estimated contract values or award amounts. The specific service commencement date and acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached RFQ, which is not fully detailed in this posting. The procurement is for intra-Europe service delivery, indicating the place of performance is concentrated within European locations. It should be noted that Amendment 0002 to this solicitation (HC102126QA049) has resulted in the cancellation of this requirement, meaning interested parties should verify the current status before submitting quotations.
