The solicitation is structured as a request for quote (RFQ) with no separate written solicitation to follow, and all quoted prices must be identified by monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any applicable tier pricing for additional service months. The procurement will be evaluated using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, with specific evaluation criteria detailed in the attached RFQ document. Quotes are due by August 15, 2025, with the solicitation having been posted on July 16, 2025.

The procurement falls under the Product Service Code DG11 for IT and Telecom Network: Satellite Communications and Telecom Access Services, though specific award values, contract duration, or service quantities are not disclosed in this notice. No incumbent contractors or potential award values are identified in the available information. The requested service date and acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached RFQ document, though these details are not specified in the public synopsis. Place of performance details are not provided in the summary information, but would likely be contained within the restricted access attachments available to registered entities.
