About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is soliciting quotes for 100MB dedicated service intra-Europe telecommunications connectivity from qualified wired telecommunications carriers classified under NAICS code 517111. This is a commercial items acquisition issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and quotations must clearly identify pricing by monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any applicable tier pricing for additional service months. The solicitation is restricted to registered entities within the telecommunications carrier industry, requiring submission of UEI or CAGE codes for access verification. Offerors must comply with FAR commercial item provisions including FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3 (Alternate I), 52.212-4, and 52.212-5, as well as terms outlined in existing DITCO Basic Agreements. The deadline for submission of quotes is February 23, 2026, with the posted date of January 22, 2026 establishing the solicitation timeline.
This procurement involves no small business set-aside, meaning all qualified telecommunications providers meeting the NAICS code requirement are eligible to compete. The notice does not identify any incumbent contractors or specify particular award values or budget ranges, though the service specifications and acceptance criteria are detailed in the attached RFQ document. The service is intended for intra-Europe delivery, indicating placement of performance across European locations. No specific contract duration or quantity metrics are provided in the publicly available summary, with additional details regarding timeline and performance requirements available only to registered entities upon access approval. The evaluation will be based on the commercial terms and pricing structures submitted in accordance with the RFQ specifications.
