About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is soliciting quotations for a 100MB commercial circuit lease for intra-Europe telecommunications services. This is a request for quote (RFQ) for commercial items, restricted to entities registered under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers), and requires interested vendors to provide their UEI or CAGE code to access the detailed solicitation documents. Offerors must submit pricing structured by monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and tier pricing for additional service months as applicable. The evaluation criteria and specific acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached RFQ document, with service requirements and performance standards detailed therein. The deadline for quote submission is February 16, 2026, and this announcement serves as the sole solicitation notice, with no additional written solicitation to be issued.
This procurement carries no small business set-aside designation, and the solicitation will be evaluated under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions for commercial items, incorporating standard terms and conditions from existing DITCO Basic Agreements. No incumbent contractor or award value is identified in this notice. The specific quantity of circuits, service timeline, and geographic scope within Europe will be detailed in the full RFQ documentation available to registered vendors. Performance and delivery expectations are outlined in the attached solicitation documents, which incorporate relevant FAR clauses governing commercial telecommunications services. Interested telecommunications providers must ensure compliance with all specified commercial item terms and conditions prior to submission.
