EXIM Bank Washington, DC is providing a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to provide asset protection and recovery.

The Product/Service Code is R418.

The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541110 - Office of Lawyers, which has a size standard of $11.0M.

Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.

EXIM Bank intends to award on a Sole Source Basis to IA Group B.V. for legal recovery in Mexico and Peru.

The circumstances permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition are Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 6.302-1 and FAR Clause 13.501(a).

The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any sources exist and, therefore, no Request for Quote (RFQ) is available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action, based upon the responses received from this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
