About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is seeking to procure 2 spray nozzles with specific technical specifications, including a part number 263310001-0475, through a competitive solicitation (SPMYM4-25-Q-0443). The procurement is for a military application, with spray nozzles designed to meet 3.000 NPS and 1065 PSI requirements. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide a unique entity identifier to be considered eligible. The contract will be awarded using a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, with evaluation criteria focusing on technical capability, estimated time of delivery (ETD), and price. Quotes must be submitted via email to Contracting Officer Anna Gunn (annamarquetta.i.gunn.civ@us.navy.mil) no later than May 5, 2025, with all questions to be submitted electronically prior to the response deadline.

The solicitation is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, specifically within the NAICS category 332999 for Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing. Potential vendors must comply with federal procurement standards and provide documentation demonstrating business size classification. The procurement is restricted to domestic sources, with Canadian sources also eligible for consideration. Delivery of the spray nozzles is specified for Pearl Harbor, indicating a specific geographic performance location. While the exact award value is not explicitly stated, the procurement involves a small quantity of two spray nozzles, suggesting a relatively limited contract scope. Vendors must carefully review all terms, conditions, and provisions in the solicitation, with offers that fail to furnish required representations or reject solicitation terms potentially being excluded from consideration under FAR 52.212-2 guidelines.
