About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center intends to solicit a Multiple Award IDIQ contract for repair, overhaul, remanufacture, and new manufacture of parts for the F100-PW-220/229 Pratt and Whitney engine, with formal RFP release expected by the end of June 2026.

Work will be performed at Tinker Air Force Base and the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex to supplement essential services and engine manufacturing operations. The effort supports both the US Air Force and Foreign Military Sales requirements. This is not a set-aside procurement; foreign participation is unrestricted.

The draft RFP is currently posted in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module for industry review and feedback. Vendors must register in PIEE, as this platform will serve as the exclusive repository for official RFP documents and the submission mechanism. A virtual pre-proposal conference lasting one to two hours is scheduled between June 29 and July 10, 2026; details will accompany the formal RFP release. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after formal RFP release, with exact deadline to be established in the solicitation.

The Government states this draft RFP is issued to communicate tentative requirements for industry planning purposes. Participation in the draft review process is voluntary and unreimbursed. All posted documents remain in draft status and subject to change; requests for a formal solicitation will not receive a response.
