The procurement will cover containers, shelters, and related accessories within Federal Stock Class 8145, including items like ISU containers, shelf assemblies, panel dividers, and cabinets. Contractors must submit a complete technical data package, commercial catalog, and full product line for evaluation to be considered for award. The solicitation will require detailed technical documentation, as the government currently lacks complete unrestricted technical data and no drawings are available. The anticipated solicitation is expected to be posted on or around January 20, 2025, with responses due by December 27, 2024, and potential offerors should access the detailed requirements through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
The contract is an unrestricted acquisition with no specific set-aside designations, allowing all responsible sources to submit proposals. The contract structure includes a base ordering period of one year with options to extend in four consecutive one-year increments, creating a potential maximum five-year contract period. Delivery requirements are set at 60-180 days for all items, with delivery terms specified as F.O.B. Origin. While specific award values are not explicitly detailed, the pricing spreadsheet indicates unit prices ranging from $5 to $117,926 for the 136 NSN items. The contract will incorporate Procurement Note M06/L04 for evaluation and acceptance conditions, and pricing will include Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) mechanisms with potential increases of 10% to 37.43% across option years. Delivery will be worldwide, serving Department of Defense customers, military commands, and civilian agencies.
