10th SFG(A) requires support to facilitate the execution of its full spectrum Special Operations Forces Certification Exercise (SOF-CERTEX). Required support will include Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in the multi-phase domain of SOF combat operations and facilitate validation of both hard and soft skills; script writing; full spectrum Tactical Operations Center (TOC); digital intelligence gathering and obfuscation; offensive cyber operations; defensive cyber operations; Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS); and Counter UAS (C- 2 UAS); Human Intelligence (HUMINT). Required multiple locations with simultaneousness, long endurance exercise support (multi-day, 24 hours). See attached solicitation for more information.
