About this opportunity
The 10th Contracting Squadron at the United States Air Force Academy announced on June 3, 2026, its intent to sole-source a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the College Entrance Examination Board for college search records, with an anticipated award date of June 25, 2026. The acquisition is restricted to this vendor because the College Entrance Examination Board holds exclusive, proprietary ownership of the SAT databases and engagement platforms required for USAFA's admissions and recruiting outreach. The vendor's unique capabilities include test score filtering by SAT section performance within USAFA's competitive range, demographic and GPA filtering, parent contact information provision, a proprietary engagement platform for direct student outreach and messaging, and authorized use of USAFA branding for marketing and recruitment. The notice is classified under NAICS 611710 (Educational Support Services) and PSC R612 (Support–Administrative: Information Retrieval). The response period closes June 8, 2026.
