The procurement will establish approximately six IDIQ contracts with a combined capacity not to exceed $240 million across all awardees, with an estimated June 2027 start date. Services span planning, feasibility studies, geotechnical investigations, permitting, master planning, design, surveying, CADD preparation, and construction phase services. The contract encompasses both Civil Works and Coastal Storm Risk Management projects (pump stations, surge barriers, tide gates, flood mitigation) and Military Construction (facility maintenance, repair, renovation, infrastructure, physical security, force protection, new construction). All work must be performed by or under direct supervision of licensed Registered Architects or Professional Engineers. The procurement is classified under NAICS 541330 (Engineering Services) with a small business size standard of $25.5 million.
