This amendment updates the original solicitation for leak detection of pools that was previously posted on SAM.Gov, providing revisions to the Statement of Work, extending certain deadlines, and establishing procedures for a mandatory site visit. The contract opportunity is set aside for Total Small Business participation and falls under NAICS code 238220 for Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The work specifically involves leak testing and inspection reports for Building 700B Therapy Pool and Building 727 Cadet Pool. The contracting office is seeking qualified small businesses to perform these specialized inspection services for the Army installation.
The primary purpose of this Special Notice is to notify previously submitted offerors about required amendments and provide updated instructions for the procurement process. All interested offerors who previously submitted proposals must sign and return the attached amendment by July 8, 2025, at 11 AM Eastern Time to Ms. Tara D'Amico at the specified email address. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 7, 2025, at 10 AM Eastern Time at the Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West Point facility, and interested attendees must confirm their participation by providing their cell phone number via email. Contractors do not need to resubmit their entire proposals unless their pricing has changed from the original submission, though they may modify their proposal for CLIN 0001 if needed. Failure to comply with these amendment instructions may result in exclusion from contract award consideration, emphasizing the critical importance of adherence to the specified deadlines and procedures.
