System EDMs, PPUs, and LRIPs shall be designed, engineered, fabricated, and tested to satisfy the individual requirements. This requirement supports multiple customers across various technology areas. Please reference the enclosed DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). Contractors are requested to review the DRAFT Statement of Work and provide any comments/questions prior to estimated issue date.
The Government plans to award multiple competitive Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs). The solicitation will require the offeror to demonstrate technical capability and prior experience performing work that is similar nature, scope, complexity, and difficulty. Actual requirements will be competed at the job order level amongst the BOA awardees in accordance with FAR 16.505. It is anticipated that multiple 5-year BOAs with CLINs for multiple contract types (Firm-Fixed-Price, Firm-Fixed-Price, Level-Of-Effort, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee) will be awarded. Offerors that are non-compliant with any material requirement of the solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award.
It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FBO website for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation.
