A Sole Source Solicitation, Letter RFP, will be for a proposed firm fixed price 3 months remaining in the base period and four one-year option periods. Evaluation will be on line by line basis. FOB is destination and inspection/acceptance is at either destination or origin. Surge requirements do not apply. Possible stock delivery locations are any CONUS facility. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable.
