About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center is conducting market research to identify sources for Fivetran software licenses and maintenance, with responses due by October 15, 2026 at 15:00 EST. The requirement covers firm-fixed-price licenses and maintenance for 15 Oracle databases across development, test, and production environments (5 databases each running 8 vCPUs), with an anticipated period of performance of one base year plus four option years.
Respondents must hold direct manufacturer authorization from Fivetran to provide software licenses and maintenance to the U.S. Government; the primary responding company may not rely on teaming arrangements to satisfy this authorization requirement. Interested parties should identify their authorization status—whether as OEM, authorized reseller, distributor, or teaming partner—and provide current written evidence of authorization from Fivetran, along with identification of applicable Government contract vehicles such as GSA Multiple Award Schedule or NASA SEWP.
Responses should include company name, address, UEI, CAGE code, and point of contact; business size and socioeconomic status under NAICS 541519; and a capability statement addressing the ability to provide required licenses, maintenance, and support across the base and all option periods. Submit responses to Ms. Angelie Clymer at angelie.clymer@us.af.mil and Mr. Kestin Howard at kestin.howard@us.af.mil with the subject line "RFI Response - Fivetran Software Licenses." This notice is issued for market-research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, commitment, or promise to award a contract.
