About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) is seeking sources for Test, Teardown, and Evaluation (TT&E) and repair services for three specific Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) at Hill Air Force Base. The solicitation covers NSNs for Circuit Card Assemblies A2A3, A2A2, and A2A1, with the primary objective of inspecting and restoring these electronic assets to serviceable condition. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement by April 8, 2025, at 0800 MST, and are required to provide a current JCP DD2345 certification to arthur.gumushyan@us.af.mil. The contractor will be responsible for implementing an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control program, developing a Counterfeit Prevention Plan, and maintaining a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) approach. Key evaluation criteria will likely include technical capability, experience with electronic assembly repair, and compliance with specified performance requirements.

The pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside designations for this contract opportunity. While specific award values are not disclosed, the contract involves detailed technical repair and evaluation services for critical electronic components used in Air Force systems. The performance work statement allows for potential part cannibalization with government authorization and requires comprehensive reporting through the Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAV AF) system. The contract falls under NAICS Category 334418 for Printed Circuit Assembly Manufacturing and PSC Category 5998 for Electrical and Electronic Assemblies. The scope of work encompasses both Test, Teardown, and Evaluation (TT&E) only and TT&E with repair services, suggesting flexibility in contractor capabilities and potential contract execution approaches.
