While no incumbent contractor is named, the government is seeking vendors with experience in computer systems design services (NAICS 541512) and professional engineering/technical support (PSC R425). Vendors are requested to provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimate for a one-year performance period, broken down by service areas including RS3, systems sustainment, VIS, and EFIS&T. The solicitation emphasizes the need for personnel who can work within secure SCIF environments and possess appropriate security clearances. This is a market research tool and does not guarantee a subsequent solicitation or contract award, with the government reserving the right to use submitted information for planning purposes.
