No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. 

The U.S. AF Force, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB), is seeking potential sources capable to provide Hazardous Materials Technician Training and issue Pro Board AND IFSAC (International Fire Services Accreditation Congress) Hazardous Materials Technician certifications. The potential sources shall be certified to instruct Hazardous Materials Technician courses. The potential sources shall ensure all employees working on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base possess proper identification documentation. The Statement of Work is attached.
