No specific budget or award value range is provided in the Sources Sought notice, as this is preliminary market research rather than a formal solicitation. The contractor must obtain tribal permits from the Blackfeet Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) within five business days of award and conduct a background check prior to the employee beginning work.
