The contract requires submission of a close-out report covering the period of June 26-28, 2026, and vendors should be prepared to support incident action plan development, ICS reporting, and risk analysis measures. The contract period of performance spans three days from June 26-28, 2026, with specific on-site requirements including two ambulance vehicles staffed with EMTs or higher-level certified providers positioned at the Simulated Collapsed Structure Site. While no specific award value or budget range is disclosed in this sources sought notice, the comprehensive nature of services required—including multiple specialized vendors for roles players, medical support, training materials, and SME consultation—suggests a moderate contract value.
