About this opportunity
Naval Air Systems Command at Patuxent River, Maryland intends to solicit a sole-source order under a previously established Basic Ordering Agreement to provide integrated logistics and engineering support for the AN/ALQ-165 Airborne Self Protection Jammer (ASPJ) System supporting Foreign Military Sales customers, with responses due by June 5, 2026. The Government plans to award this requirement to Complete Logistics Support, Inc., under Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.103-1, finding that Complete Logistics Support is the only known responsible source possessing or authorized to access the necessary technical data and program management infrastructure required to execute these international sustainment efforts.
The effort encompasses the full range of sustainment activities to ensure operational readiness of ASPJ systems currently fielded and any future systems with FMS partners. The contract is structured with a base year and one option year, intended to satisfy requirements from FY 2026 through FY 2028. This is a sources-sought notice, not a request for proposal; no contract will be awarded based on responses received. The Government retains discretion to compete this requirement in the future. Respondents must submit clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Direct inquiries to Contract Specialist Craig Hayden at craig.s.hayden2.civ@us.navy.mil.
