This procurement carries no set-aside designation and no incumbent contractor information has been identified. The government anticipates manufacturing approximately eight units of the 3RM, INTERROGATION, M, which is part of the Common Robotics System - Heavy (CRS-H) program. No specific award value or budget range has been disclosed in this market research phase. Vendors claiming small business status must verify their information in SAM.gov and address nonmanufacturer rule qualifications and subcontracting limitations. All proprietary and confidential information submitted must be clearly marked with appropriate restrictive legends, and the government acknowledges its obligation to protect trade secrets and confidential data in accordance with 18 USC 1905. This market research notice represents an early opportunity for interested vendors to establish a relationship with the government ahead of potential future procurement actions.
