The contract structure comprises a 12-month base period with four optional 12-month renewal periods. The contractor must comply with IHS Office of Information Technology security measures and provide troubleshooting and customer support. Government will furnish limited onboarding information (staff names, email addresses, job titles, assignment details) for new personnel; other staff information exists within the current Elsevier system.
Responses must directly demonstrate capability and experience as described in the attached Statement of Work. Interested vendors must submit capability statements and the Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form to Katrina.eaglefeathers@ihs.gov.
