Each interested Offeror will be limited in the number of site visit attendees, and all attendees must be over the age of eighteen. Attendance requires a mandatory RSVP to receive the specific information on when and where to meet for the site visit. Questions related to this Prospectus must be sent via email by 4:00 pm on December 20, 2019 to chad_tinney@nps.gov.

Amendment No.3: Update - NOTICE OF INTENT TO PROPOSE
February 14, 2020
The Service received multiple, timely Notices of Intent to Propose from potential offerors. Based on information provided in those Notices, the Service has determined that providing some clarification, and extra time, will encourage competition. The Service has issued Amendment #3, extending the period of Notice of Intent to Propose until 4:00 pm, Friday, February 21, 2020. As for the clarification, please note that the proposed method for rate approval will be Competitive Market Declaration for food and beverage and retail services. Please refer to the Draft Contract Exhibit B: Operating Plan, Section 4(B) for further information about the Rate Determination and Approval Process. The Service notes that one of the primary objectives of the National Park Service Concesions Management Improvement Act of 1998 was to enhance competition and believes that this clarification regarding rates, and ensuring potential offerors have sufficient time to submit Notice of Intent to Propose, will enhance competition.
