About this opportunity

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has issued a Special Notice for engineering services and supplies to support AEGIS weapon system and AN/SPY Synthesizers, Multi-Mode Signal Processing (MMSP), and Fleet Sustainment Issues. The agency intends to solicit and award a five-year Job Order (JO) under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Lockheed Martin.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to sole source the requirement to Lockheed Martin, as establishing alternate sources would result in substantial duplication of costs and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, but the government reserves the discretion to not compete this proposed contract based on the responses received. The Special Notice includes instructions for contractor registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provides contact information for further inquiries. The closing date for this Special Notice is June 17, 2022.

Issue Date: 27 May 2022 – Closing Date: 17 June 2022 – Time Eastern

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for engineering services and supplies to support AEGIS weapon system and AN/SPY Synthesizers, Multi-Mode Signal Processing (MMSP) and Fleet Sustainment Issues for which it intends to solicit and award a five-year Job Order (JO) under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0016422RWP87.
