About this opportunity

The Department of State, US Embassy Bangkok seeks renewal and support services for Palo Alto software license subscriptions, with quotations due August 11 and questions due July 30. Required deliverables include ten NGFW credits, two PA-3220 support renewals, two Advanced Threat Prevention subscriptions, two Advanced URL Filtering subscriptions, unlimited 24x7x4 telephone and remote support, on-site service on the same schedule, preventive maintenance at least twice annually, and firewall reconfiguration services (one major, four minor). Activation must be completed by August 31. The contract term is one year; pricing is in Thai Baht and Value Added Tax is not applicable due to Embassy tax exemption.

Offerors must demonstrate at least five years in the IT solutions business, prior experience deploying enterprise firewall solutions valued at minimum $100,000 USD, and provide client references. A C-SCRM Questionnaire or equivalent third-party assessment is mandatory, covering supply chain threat identification, supplier mapping, written SCRM requirements, supplier verification, employee background checks, ICT equipment tampering prevention, and insider threat literacy training. The NAICS code is 513210, Software Publishers. Quotations must be submitted electronically in PDF format not exceeding 25MB; SAM registration is required prior to submission.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the documents specified in the solicitation.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.
