The contract period of performance spans 365 calendar days from award, specifically from August 25, 2025, to August 24, 2026. The work involves inspecting bridges at three specific dam locations: Oahe Dam in Pierre, South Dakota (4 days), Big Bend Dam in Fort Thompson, South Dakota (3 days), and Garrison Dam in Riverdale, North Dakota (9 days), totaling 16 days of inspection services. Traffic control services must be provided concurrently at each site during the inspection activities. No incumbent contractors or specific award values are mentioned in the available documentation, though the updated wage determinations reflect minimum hourly wages ranging from $13.30 to $17.75 depending on contract award circumstances and Executive Order requirements.
