Vendors who believe they can meet the government's requirements are invited to submit capability statements, which will be reviewed by the agency. However, the DEA retains sole discretion in determining whether to open the requirement to competition based on the submitted statements. The anticipated procurement method is a sole source award to Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc.
