About this opportunity

Naval Sea Systems Command awarded Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems a $74,294,440 firm-fixed-price modification to contract N00024-20-C-5503 on October 9, 2026, for production of Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program AN/SLQ-32(V)6 electronic warfare systems.

The modification covers FY25 and FY26 procurement of AN/SLQ-32(V6), AN/SLQ-32A(V6), and AN/SLQ-32C(V6) units, VPX Field Change Kits, SEWIP Test Sets, and supporting spares and hardware. The award combines Foreign Military Sales purchases for Canada (52%) and Japan (47%) with U.S. Coast Guard (1%) funding. Award was made on sole-source basis under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), with the Contracting Officer determining that competitive procurement would delay delivery by at least fifteen months and that Lockheed Martin is the only responsible source capable of meeting requirements without unacceptable delays. The Government retains unlimited data rights to support future competitive production.
