UPDATE 1 - ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED:
1. Are there maps that can be provided to us so we can survey the project?
The contract bid is for a per foot price. The location is the Boulder Recreation Area on Carlyle Lake. Yes, the area is open and contractors can look at the area. Manhole to manhole is where sewer is located. Precise maps are not available.
