About this opportunity

The Environmental Protection Agency Region 9 is soliciting quotes for a service contract to provide preventative maintenance and repairs for an Ultivo 6465B LC/MS System used for PFAS analysis in drinking water. The contract will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under GSA Schedule GS-07F-0564X and BPA 68HERH23A0002. Qualified vendors must be able to meet all requirements specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and must submit quotes that address every element of the PWS with a detailed technical approach and clearly broken-down pricing. Quotes must be valid for 90 days and submitted by February 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time via FedConnect or email to Ouk.Nea@epa.gov, with hard copy submissions not accepted.

This solicitation uses the BPA Holder method with no set-aside designation. The NAICS classification is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing), and no specific award value or budget range is stated in the notice. The work will be performed at the EPA Region 9 Laboratory located at 200 SW 35th Street, Corvallis, Oregon 97333. A single Firm Fixed Price Task Order is anticipated to be awarded to one vendor. The solicitation period is extremely compressed, with only a two-day window between posting and the deadline for submission, allowing limited time for potential vendors to prepare and submit responses.
