About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center intends to issue a sole source contract to Integrated Technologies for a computer upgrade of the Aucos system located in Building 9001 at the Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The project involves upgrading Windows Server 2012 R2 to Windows Server 2019 for the Phosphoric Acid Anodizing (PAA) system, which is critical for surface adhesion promotion on aluminum panels. The contract will require the contractor to provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, parts, quality control, transportation, and inspection manuals. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and will submit proposals electronically through FedBizOps. The solicitation uses NAICS code 541511 with a size standard of $34.0M, and the contracting specialist for this opportunity is Sondra Groth.

The contract is not set aside for any specific small business category, and the estimated performance period runs from 24 May 2025 to 29 July 2025. Integrated Technologies is identified as the sole source vendor and authorized government distributor for Aucos products, making them the expected contractor for this project. The contract will be a firm fixed price type, with the primary objective of maintaining the PAA system's operational continuity and ensuring compliance with Air Force security policies. While specific award value details are not explicitly stated, the project is classified under Custom Computer Programming Services and focuses on upgrading critical IT infrastructure. The justification for sole source procurement is based on 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), indicating unique vendor capabilities or technical requirements that limit competitive bidding.
