Sembrando Esperanza Single Award IDIQ

The purpose of Sembrando Esperanza (Integrated Prevention of Violence and Migration Activity) is to achieve a sustainable and measurable impact in the prevention of crime, violence, and irregular migration in Honduras.  Sembrando Esperanza’s IDIQ will facilitate partnerships and strengthen local systems with a focus on facilitating the achievement of systemic, transformative change in areas where high irregular migration and high crime and violence overlap in Honduras, benefitting at least one million Hondurans.

Task Order No. 1 will be awarded simultaneously and will cover the entire life of the activity: it will include the management structure for implementing the IDIQ, operationalizing the Knowledge Management Strategy, including obtaining baseline data, local systems mapping, and other relevant assessments, and oversee the performance and outcomes of all subsequent task orders issued under the IDIQ.  Furthermore, Task Order No. 1 will implement an Inception Plan that identifies opportunities, deploys rapid start-up teams, and issues recommendations for scaled interventions for this and subsequent task orders.
