About this opportunity
The General Services Administration Public Buildings Service is seeking to lease office space in Richmond, Indiana, with expressions of interest due May 20, 2026. GSA is evaluating alternative space to replace an expiring lease, considering the availability of suitable facilities and relocation economics including physical move costs, tenant improvement replication, telecommunications infrastructure, and agency downtime.
The required space ranges from 7,417 to 7,787 rentable square feet and must be fully serviced. The delineated area is bounded by N J Street (north), N 20th Street (east), S E Street (south), and East Fork Whitewater River (west). Offered space must not be located in the one-percent-annual chance floodplain and must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The lease term is 15 years with a 10-year firm term.
The space must include 37 surface parking spaces. Respondents must comply with Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, addressing telecommunications equipment prohibitions.
Expressions of interest must include building name and address, location within the building, rentable square feet available, expected rental rate per rentable square foot on a fully serviced basis, and other supporting information specified in the notice.
