The procurement seeks a combined total of 383,300 cases: 223,300 cases of almonds and 160,000 cases of pistachios to be delivered to numerous locations nationwide, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii, all on an FOB destination basis with a maximum of three delivery stops per line item. New USDA contractors and existing contractors bidding on new products are subject to a probationary period limiting awards to 10 truckloads per product until successful delivery of at least five truckloads is demonstrated. No specific award values or budget ranges are disclosed in the available documentation.
