This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Government has a commodities requirement for Sectera vIPer phones. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following item:
0001 - PART #: VIPC1000-XAMDM; DESCRIPTION: US NATIONAL; SECTERA vIPer UNIVERSAL SECURE PHONE (WITH PSTN CONNECT) QTY: Forty-Five (45) EACH
This is a Brand Name requirement. Price each line item below and include any shipping costs in quote.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
FOB Destination for delivery
All forty-five (45) phones shall be shipped to the attention of Ms. Loretta Dye at 3601 Pennsy Drive, Landover MD 20785.

FAR 52.212-1: Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. It is amended to read: Offeror shall submit signed and dated offer to include technical specification. Offeror shall submit offers to Broderick Morris at Broderick.Morris@usdoj.gov. Submit signed and dated quotations on company letterhead and marked with solicitation number DJM-15-A41-Q-5555. The Government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Offers shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2: Evaluation of Commercial Items which is incorporated into this Request for Quotes, with an addendum to paragraph (a) as follows: The following factor shall be used to evaluate offers: Price.
