The contract requires delivery of 500 units to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. While no incumbent contractor or award value is specified in this pre-solicitation notice, interested small businesses should prepare their technical and quality documentation in accordance with MIL-I-45208A standards and contact NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support at the provided address for additional guidance on compliance requirements.
